Mariana Limón

hold a Master of Science in Behavioural Neuroscience from University College Dublin in Ireland and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. I’ve also deepened my expertise through Harvard University’s course on Early Childhood Development and complemented my education with specialised training in Functional Neuroanatomy with Clinical Orientation at Universidad Autónoma de México. Additionally, I am currently in training in Narrative Therapy at the Institute of Narrative Therapy in London, UK, enriching my approach to therapeutic practices and fostering meaningful storytelling in personal growth.  My academic journey reflects my strong commitment to understanding the complexities of the human mind and supporting individual development.

Over the years, I’ve gained diverse experience in education, psychology, and wellness. As a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, I have worked in various impactful roles. From conducting neuropsychological evaluations and therapeutic interventions as an Assistant Psychologist in Mexico City to supervising school programs in Dublin, my experiences have allowed me to make meaningful contributions in the field. Most recently, I have been involved in cognitive and emotional rehabilitation at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, further expanding my expertise and commitment to supporting individuals' well-being.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also a certified yoga teacher, completing 200 hours of intensive training in Rishikesh, India. This experience deepened my understanding of mindfulness, well-being, and the mind-body connection, which I integrate into my personal and professional life.

I aim to foster emotional well-being, cognitive growth, and meaningful human connections in every role. Whether facilitating group therapy, assisting in rehabilitation, or planning engaging activities for children, I approach each challenge with empathy and enthusiasm.
